First off, we want to say thank you to Grace 210 church in Hampstead who so graciously offered us the use of their parking lot and building to host our Yard Sale Adoption Benefit yesterday. We are so grateful to them for their generosity!
We want to thank each and every person who contributed by donating their stuff to the yard sale. We had quite a wide selection of stuff, there was gorgeous weather (thank you God), and there was a great turn out.
So many people helped us in promoting our yard sale and spreading the word. We saw many familiar faces at the yard sale too. A special thanks to Suzanne for coming early and helping set up and Lynn for helping take down. We also know many of you were praying for us to be blessed by the fundraiser, and we were!
Our total in sales for yesterday's fundraiser was: $387! Praise the Lord! We are so blessed! The cost of adoption is big (especially times 7), but our God is BIGGER! We know that with God nothing is impossible. We trust in Him completely. He has made this path clear for us, and we continue to pray for His provisions; for Him to open the door wide open or slam it shut.
"For with God nothing shall be impossible." Luke 1:37
